By placing an order with Her Elegant Design Cottage Bakery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date issued. If the requested pickup date is within two (2) weeks of the quote date, the quote is valid for twenty-four (24) hours only. Prices may change due to increases in supply costs, materials, or operational expenses. Quotes are locked in only once a non-refundable deposit has been received. Orders not secured with a deposit within the applicable quote period may require a new quote at updated pricing.
 

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total order is required at the time of booking to secure your order and event date. Rush fees, toppers or toys, and delivery charges are also non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Orders not paid in full by this deadline will be canceled and the deposit forfeited with no exceptions.

Pickup Policy

All orders are available for curbside pickup only. Pickup location is Her Elegant Design Cottage Bakery (business/residence), 2409 W Monet Way, Tucson, AZ 85741. Upon arrival, customers must remain in or near their vehicle and text or call (520) 260-6501 to notify arrival. Orders will be brought out to the vehicle for pickup.

No Storefront / By-Appointment Only

Her Elegant Design Cottage Bakery is a licensed cottage bakery operating from a private residence and does not have a storefront. We do not offer walk-in service, premade items, or pickup-ready products. Customers must not arrive at the listed address without a confirmed, paid order and scheduled pickup time. Unscheduled arrivals will not be accommodated.

Order Responsibility & Inspection

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer or designated person upon pickup or delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring the designated person is aware of all pickup instructions and order details. All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any concerns must be communicated by the original customer who placed the order within twenty-four (24) hours of pickup or delivery.

Late Pickup & Rescheduling

If a customer anticipates being late for pickup, they must notify the bakery as soon as possible. Orders that are more than thirty (30) minutes late without notice may be canceled at the bakery’s discretion with all payments retained. Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a twenty percent (20%) rescheduling fee. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Custom Design Disclaimer

All custom designs are created with artistic discretion. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed. Minor variations in color, placement, or detail are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of bakery products, no refunds or credits are offered once an order has been completed, picked up, or delivered.

Allergen Disclosure

Her Elegant Design Cottage Bakery operates in a kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. Allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Refuse Service

Her Elegant Design Cottage Bakery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including policy violations, inappropriate requests, or failure to comply with payment terms.

Agreement to Terms

Submission of payment or acceptance of an invoice constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms & Conditions in full.
