WE BAKE CUSTOM DESSERTS

Once an order is picked up from Her Elegant Design or a designated pickup location, the customer is now responsible for the order. If there is a problem with the order, please discuss at pickup. Be sure to inspect your order and if there is a problem advise us at that time so it may be corrected immediately. Any issues may be discussed with Amber, the owner of Her Elegant Design ONLY by the customer who made the order. In order for a thorough investigation to take place Her Elegant Design must be informed of any issue,  along with the item(s) returned within 24 hours of the complaint being raised for investigation. This is to ascertain what the issue may be.
